How can I place an order?

For larger orders please email me with what items you are looking for along with any logos or branding guides you’d like to use. I will respond with a series of questions so I can get a better idea of the order. We will then work through digital proofs, a variety of garments, breakdown bulk pricing, and provide a timeline. Once everything is approved it will get sent to production. Production times will vary on an individual basis.

How long will it take to get my order?

I am a made to order business, therefore please expect at least a week from submitting your MBM order to receiving it. You will receive a second email once a shipping label is made with a tracking number. Times will vary throughout the year due to demand, please refer to @made.by.morgs for any delays! 

*Bulk order time frames will be discussed on an individual basis!

Do you have an order minimum?

As of 5/1/2024 I require a five-item minimum. If you’d like to proceed, please email with the items you are looking for and we can begin the creative process!

Once I submit an inquiry, how long will it take you to respond?!

After submitting a custom order to my email, please allow 3-5 business days for me to respond. I greatly appreciate your patience! 

I live in Minnesota! Is there a way to see your MBM items in person?

Yes! I typically attend two markets a year where you are able to see, feel, and try on the garments! Follow along on my Instagram @made.by.morgs for all the updates on those future events. If you are looking to see samples for a custom bulk order, I am able to provide up to 3-5 samples and they are final sale.

 Can I pick it up my order instead of ship?!

I am a made to order company, so I typically don’t keep a ton of inventory on hand. If I happen to have your size in the item you’d like I’d be happy to coordinate a pickup. If you aren’t on a time frame and still would like to pick up your item versus shipping, we can also arrange a pickup!

What is your response time?

• Email response time - 5-7 business days

• MBM online orders - 1-2 weeks

• Custom orders - 2-3 weeks -  **order minimum starting 4/29/24 - five items

• Bulk - 2-3 once designs are approved - (entire process on average takes 4-5 weeks)

• Bulk re-order - 1-2 weeks

What are your washing instructions?

• Turn the garment inside out.

• Wash in cold water.

• Delicate cycle.

• Dry on delicate cycle or air dry.

• Don’t put a iron directly on screen printed logos.

• Avoid bleach and do NOT use fabric softeners.
